Policy and Procedures
Our company goal is to provide you with high quality organic body essentials. Every effort will be made to ensure that your order is filled accurately, completely, and shipped in a timely manner.
Ordering
To order, print out the order form, fill it out completely, and send it in along with a check to the address provided at the bottom of the order form. There is no minimum for an order, and no order is too small. Shipping charges will be applied to the Snowball Candle and the Holiday Star Glass Bowl Candle during the Holiday season only. All other products are shipped for free and there are never any handling charges. (Orders will ship once checks are cleared through a banking institution.)
Shipping
Your orders will be shipped via USPS Priority FLAT rate mail. The Snowball Candle will have a shipping charge of $10.95 applied, and the Holiday Star Glass Bowl Candle will have a shipping charge of $5.95 applied; all other products will be shipped for free and there are never any handling charges. Every effort will be made to ship your order within 5 business days as long as the essentials are available and your check clears. Due to the nature of these organic products, they are made in small batches for the utmost freshness and quality. Your orders are hand packaged with the greatest care and inspected prior to leaving our facility. If you receive a package that is broken, damaged or in a “non-acceptable” condition, please DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Contact your local USPS immediately to file a claim. When filing a claim, please be sure to get a Claim Number.
Method of Payment
Checks will be the only form of payment accepted. Ohio residents will be charged sales tax of 6.75% unless a tax exempt form is provided. You cannot become tax exempt without the completed form. If you live outside Ohio, you do not need a Tax Exemption form.
Return Policy
Please be advised, for your own protection, we do not accept any returns, unless an item was shipped to you by us in error. If you receive an item due to our error, you are responsible for all shipping charges for the return. Please verify your order form and items before using the products.
Custom/Special Orders
Your custom orders will be a pleasure to craft, for any occasion. A hand written note can be added for that personal touch. No order is too small. Now you have no reason to forget that special someone. Please note that no refunds or returns will be made on Custom or Special Orders unless there was an error on our part.
